Include your name and contact phone numbers, your student's name, current grade, and his/her email if this is available.

Deposits are required to confirm the spot and are nonrefundable. These can be sent via Venmo (kristy-massie), PayPal (mrsmassie@gmail.com) or by check or cash to my home.
